Reasons For Growing Weed Indoors
There are several reasons why people go through the work of growing an indoor crop of weed. The first reason is that it is possible to grow year round and that means having a harvest several times a year.
Another reason is the ease of having at home; there is no traveling to the crop, and no dragging equipment to care for the crop. The extended growing season also is an advantage over growing outdoors, allowing the grower to use seed strains that might be longer than the growing season.
Indoor growers also know that the crop has the potential to be more potent than the outdoor plants and can be monitored so there are no males to pollinate the females. Having an all female crop means it will be a sensimilla harvest, several times a year. One of the reasons that the indoor plants are more potent is because of the care they receive, growing in the proper soil, the right amount of light and the proper amount of water and nutrition. They can thrive and grow in the right temperatures and with the right amount of humidity.
There are also no pests to harm the seedlings or the maturing plants and outdoors that can include deer, rabbits, chipmunks and rodents. Any of these animals can destroy a crop outdoors and the only protection the grower can give their plants is fencing when possible.
