Growing Marijuana Indoors
Growing marijuana indoors is something that must be done using stealth, since it is an illegal plant. It is also a plant that requires special care over that of the houseplant if it is going to grow to maturity and provide a decent crop.
Growing indoors means there will need to be a special area set up for the plants, they will require special lighting in order to grow and mature and other care. That will need to be done daily in order for the crop to provide a decent harvest.
One of the main things about growing the indoor cannabis crop is all of the plants will need to be females in order to have a smokeable crop and not plants filled with seeds. This is because one male plant can pollinate all of the female plants, so the males must be taken out of the place where the females are growing.
Things that will need to be planned before growing a crop of cannabis in the house will be where it will be grown, how many plants will be grown, what strain of seeds are going to be used. Then there are different choices in lighting, ventilation, and even growing methods.
What can be expected is to harvest between one half ounce and one ounce per plant if they are grown to maturity with the proper nutrition and lighting. From the time of planting the plants can mature in 8 to 12 weeks depending on the strain of seed and if they are started from a germinated seed or a clone.
